The venue is clean, with unbeatable and handy location near to Sydney, the Town Hall train station, Darling Harbour and Barangaroo, Darling Harbour. The staff are welcoming and exceptional and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. There's amazing rooftop bar with complimentary beverages.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The doormen and concierge provided excellent service. Checking in and leaving our bags with the concierge was convenient. The view of Darling Harbour was stunning, especially during Vivid weekend. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the harbour, city shopping, and public transport links. It is situated in a great area close to Darling Harbour, offering plenty of activities to enjoy. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. Complimentary water and free upgrades were a bonus. The renovations did not cause any disruptions during our stay.
Lack of security in the elevators allowing unwanted visitors to access the floors.

There were some minor communication issues with housekeeping, resulting in a delay in room cleaning.
